You may raise a return/refund request at email@example.com in following case:
a. If the delivered product is not same (brand,model number, qty) as what he/she placed in order.
b. If there is some issue due to delivery agency’s mishandling. For this user will have to give reasonable proof of delivery mishandling.
c. In case of(above mentioned point a or b) of refund for amount paid through(cards, netbanking or any electronic mode)will be refunded by deduction of 2%+ gst(gateway charges).
No Return Policy :
You may not raise a return request in the following cases:
a. If the product is no longer in your use.
b. Once the activezone backend team has contacted the customer for order confirmation, and order has been processed with the customer’s consent.

As a trader activezone provides right and maximum information to its buyer, but for more clarification, please read the information from manufacture’s website, due to lake of information of manufacturer,or incompatibility with existing products or any other reason, order may not be cancelled or returned.
